In my 25 years of seeing some of the biggest names in rock in concert, I can be safe to say that I saw probably the most incredible rock show ever last night at The Social. From beginning to 2+ hours later, every song was a highlight. These guys are incredible musicians! Songs that really stood out in my mind were Gospel Song, Sympathetic Noose,Red Eyes and Tears, U.S. Govt. and Feel It Now was especially cool to hear. Also they did an incredible version of "Punk Song" where Peter had guitar issues and had to wait for a good bit of time for his tech to have another guitar ready to switch. While he was waiting Robert and Nick did a incredible job of keeping the song going while Peter switched guitars. Once Peter had another guitar, he rejoined the band without missing a beat. I was somewhat concerned after hearing they were quite ill during the show in Atlanta that they not be able to play last night but those fears were most definitely unfounded. If anybody out has never seen BRMC in concert and has the opportunity definitely take it!!

Finally.....BRMC comes to Orlando. The wait was worth it - good show that really exposes the audience to the virtuosity of the band. It is quite impressive how the band pulls off such a great sound live. My wife and I brought a friend who has never heard of the band, and he became a hard core fan by the third song.

It was a little odd how Peter came out on stage with no introduction; he just sneaked out on stage and started playing the acoustic guitar. Caught a lot of people by surprise, and 1 guy next to me commented “is this another opening act?
